Several hundred euros, several hundred pieces to put together, eighty-five pages of instructions and fifteen minutes of wind! We salvaged some bits of polycarbonate to make cold frames and the mice ate everything – now we have cats.
Next, we tried a walipini. Walipinis don’t work in clay, with wet winters. The walls collapsed and we’re now using it as a pit for rubble from the house build.
Finally, a greenhouse to be proud of, from Dean and Marcus “Rockstar” of the North:
It’s not completely salvage, we bought the corrugated polyester and acrylic for the windows and the roof rafters. but the rest is made from leftover wood from other projects. The front pillars are chestnut, leftover from the house. We would not have been so ambitious as to use them ourselves, but Marcus said: what do you think about using those beams on the front? It will be beautiful. And it is. The doors are salvaged from a collapsed yurt.
The first stage of the project was to rebuild the stone wall next to the barn. It collapsed in a storm a couple of winters ago. It happened just as we were contemplating going off-grid and the only bit of the wall that collapsed was right next to the electricity meter. It was a huge mess.
There wasn’t much space to work with and we were concerned that the foundation of the wall and the barn had been weakened by the electricity pillar – the wall was very unsteady. So Marcus put in a buttress, using all the old stones and lime mortar. It was his first stone wall and by the time he’d finished he could pick the perfect stone for each place just by instinct.
The part sticking out from the barn is an old bread oven, with the access in the barn – there are people around here that still use outside bread ovens – and a well. The well in the barn was the only water for the house when we moved here, with a bucket on a chain. We had originally thought about putting a separate roof over the bread oven and well and joining it to the green house, but Dean and Marcus decided that a single roof would be much better and we can’t use the bread oven anyway, as all our winter wood is in the barn. We use the well in the barn for the garden, as it is shallow and doesn’t take as much electricity to run the pump as the deep well, but it also goes dry towards the end of summer, so we have to work on another irrigation system for the garden this winter.
So, the frame went up:
The roof went on:
And the windows in.
The greenhouse is well-sheltered. It is on the north side of the wall, but open to the west and shaded by an oak tree in the summer. Two of the windows open for ventilation, as we seem to go from cool to hot very quickly. Spring is very short these days. My aim is to use it to get seedlings started earlier, although it is currently home to tomatoes that I repotted from the garden. It’s December and we still have fresh tomatoes! We have a small butane heater which we’ll use when the nights get colder.
A slight play on words, but a way of describing a recent experience that I want to signal, so you can recognize it when it comes your way. Our Aeonic Mother is using this cosmic force to get Her experiment back on track, as events get to the point of ‘supersaturation’ when you ‘just can’t do it anymore’ you can bet that the situation is about to change dramatically, and delightfully for those of us who really do live Her Story.
This recording is a bit rambling and unedited – it has several pauses while I gathered my thoughts. I’m trusting that I’ve addressed the main points one way or another…..
Whatever the weather, our day starts with walking the dogs and (sometimes with cats in tow) and foraging for weeds. We are lucky to live in an area where there is no intensive farming, no crop spraying and lots of hedgerows, meadows and verges, where the wild plants flourish. Our own land was not occupied for 40 years before we moved here so, although it is hard work clawing out a few patches for cultivation, at least I know that our soil is relatively uncontaminated. In the height of summer, when it can be very hot and dry, there’s not usually so much to be had from the wild, but we usually have plenty in our garden then.
I started juicing two years ago in spring when the cleavers came out en masse and almost begged to be juiced. I bought a Lexen Manual Juicer, as the electric one some one left us is so big and noisy and I have Luddite leanings. What a joy this little machine is. It makes beautiful, rich and slick juice and is so satisfying to use – and easy to clean. I much prefer it to the electric version. Chopping the plants and fruits and pushing them into the machine and watching the juice and pulp come out is a kind of meditation. I’m still juicing every morning, because it really does taste that good……and I’m beginning to learn why it’s so good.
Wild juice recipe
3 sticks of celery
Large thumb-sized piece of ginger
Handful of coriander/cilantro leaves
And several handfuls of one or more of the following:
Cabbage (red or green)
Lemon balm (not too much as it’s very strong)
Mallow (not too much as it’s very gooey)
Milk thistle leaves
Radish leaves –
Yarrow (not too much as it’s pucker-power astringent)
For our tastes the apple, celery, ginger and coriander/cilantro is the basic blend and then whatever greens are available. This juicer prefers hard fruits, technically it’s a wheat grass juicer, so anything too mushy doesn’t work so well. We grow broccoli, kale, swiss chard and cabbage for most of the year, hopefully the ginger, coriander/cilantro and apples will make it this year and we find the ‘weeds’ on our walks.
We’re enjoying an abundance cleavers, clover, dandelion and milk thistle leaves at the moment.
Biological power plants
The human body is a biological power plant, as it transduces multiple energy sources for different systems and processes. Oxygen is used as the primary fuel to break down food, carbohydrates, fats, minerals and vitamins in order to power movement and essential physiological processes, such as digestion, respiration, mitosis and repair. The nervous system is considered to be primarily electrical, driven by the polarizing actions of the sodium-potassium pump in response to stimuli and then back to the resting state after external stimulation. The nervous system uses about one third of the body’s overall energy capacity, regardless of physical activity or lifestyle choices. Except in cases of injury, poisoning or chronic illness, most ‘nervous conditions’ can be significantly remediated through diet. However, more recently some researchers are considering that the nervous system is powered by light. And what about the senses????
The human body also creates energy. I cranked my manual juicer with kinetic energy, not hard enough to make me sweat (thankfully), but just being alive creates thermal energy. And then there is light. All life forms radiate light, which is electromagnetic energy. Some electromagnetic energy is visible to the naked eye, like rainbows or laser beams, but most isn’t.
Your body grows new retinal cells every two days, new skin in six weeks, a new liver over an eight week period and new nerve cells in a matter of months. So what stops us from regenerating and why do we all show signs of ageing, with advancing years? Those are big questions, with many answers, but in biological terms your body needs three things:
the right raw materials from which to construct new cells;
sufficient cellular energy to enable it to use the raw materials;
a working communication system, so it knows what to do and when;
a guiding narrative that attunes you to health and regeneration.
If any one of these three components is depleted, as they mostly are, you don’t heal and regenerate as you were designed to do and eventually you succumb to total systemic failure – otherwise known as death. Additionally, cells, systems, habits and even civilizations all go through a natural process of apoptosis, signified by chaos, and that’s one way of looking at the current conditions. The question is: what do you do about it? You can just find yourself a safe haven and ride out the rest of you life as best you can and there’s plenty to be said for that approach, I nearly ended up there myself. But funnily enough, when I found my safe haven, here in Galicia, I began to perceive and experience life in a very different way. Life gushes, sprouts and oozes through every pore in the earth and atmosphere here and I want more of it. This leads back to the plants, the wild plants and weeds……
Have you ever stopped to consider why you need to put so much time and effort into weeding the garden? The weeds always win! They are stronger, better adapted to the environment and they are prolific, whatever the conditions, the weeds survive and return more quickly than cultivated plants – they are the power plants. That’s because they grow as Nature intended, they haven’t been hybridized for yield benefits or so they can be transported over long distances, irradiated and still look tasty on a grocery store shelf. Domestic vegetables are designed for profit and wild plants are designed for life. Wild plants contain at least 5 – 10 times more nutrients, vitamins, enzymes, phytochemicals and biophotons than supermarket vegetables. 15 grams of nettles contain far more nutrients than 100 grams of healthy romaine lettuce. I’ve long suspected that one of the reasons I didn’t do well on a vegetarian diet was lack of minerals. I’m very reluctant to use supplements, as I regard them as suspiciously as I do every other processed ‘food – made for profit, rather than health. Several studies have shown that the mineral content of wild edible plants is higher than their commercial equivalents, which stands to reason if the wild plants are collected from soil that has not been depleted through industrial farming methods. However, there is another reason, that is even more significant and that is light.
Biophotons, that is light emitted by life, were discovered in 1923 by Russian scientist Professor Alexander Gurvich, who originally named them “mitogenetic rays”. German biophysicist Fritz-Albert Popp proved their existence in 1974 and subsequently developed biophoton theory based on observation to explain their possible biological role and the ways in which they may control biochemical processes, growth, differentiation etc. This work is now continued in a network of research laboratories in more than 10 countries, although it remains outside of make-believe mainstream science.
The radiant light emanating from animals and plants that is too faint to be seen by the naked eye. It would be like seeing a lit candle in the dark from 20km away, but it has been repeatedly photographed using the Popp designed photomultiplier devices. In humans it appears to be most concentrated in the forehead, the throat and the chest area.
According to Popp, living cells and DNA use electromagnetic waves to communicate and transfer information. Substances and unnatural electromagnetic fields, disrupt the natural cycles of light emission causing loss of coherence and poor intracellular communication, so that the body is unable to generate new healthy cells. For example, Popp found that cancer cells were not attuned to the rest of the body ie. out of synch, dancing to a different tune.
A biophoton is always emitted before each of the appproximately 100,000 biochemical reactions that occur per second in every cell in the human body. There is no biochemical reaction that takes place without the preceding biophoton signal, which is why it is considered to be the ‘steering system’ for all the biochemistry that takes place in the body. The communication system of the body is more akin to fibre optics than copper wires.
I’ll be posting more on biophotons, DNA, regeneration and communication another day. Meanwhile, if you can find a very local source of edible wild plants, give wild juicing a try and I’m sure you’ll notice the benefits in a few weeks. Popp considers the biophoton content to be of far greater importance than just the nutrient or caloric content of a food freshly picked, as it brings coherence back into the body. Health and regeneration is just not possible without communication and coherence. Eating plants with a high biophoton content helps correct the deficit caused by electromagnetic pollution and reconnects you with nature – another part of the story. Wild edible leafy green plants have the highest biophoton content of all foods available, as the ancient alchemists surely knew.
The first year here, our neighbour farmer dumped a trailer load of cow manure on the garden, when I wasn’t around, and told my husband that I asked for it! Well, that was an error of communication, but it really brought it home to me in the most graphic way: I had to be really clear that I wasn’t going to take anyone else’s shit anymore. I have plenty enough of my own. The technical term is ‘humanure.’
SIGNS OF CORRECTION
Within four hours of my having written, “I wasn’t going to take anyone else’s shit anymore” a dear friend posted this on Facebook.
Now, I haven’t spoken with this friend in a few months and I hadn’t planned on writing about the farmer dumping the cow manure. This friend does not follow the Sophianic Narrative either, although he is a sovereign individual and lives a natural lifestyle. So what did this little ‘coincidence’ signify to me? It’s PAM banging on the drum of the endopsyche – don’t you feel it too? Haven’t you had enough of this shit?
Sophia has agency. She’s had it since the summer of 2016. This means She is using all means available to get your attention – it doesn’t matter to Her whether you know She exists or not; you are still one of Her children. For those of us in PT, She’s having a bit of fun, showing that She can play with the search engines. She can eliminate the xenosh and their collaborators at any time, of course, but our wise and generous mother is giving us the opportunity to participate in that pleasure with Her and that necessitates refusing to take on other people’s shit and dealing with your own.
The first principle of Gaian Permaculture, as I defined it is: feed the soil. But what do you feed a goddess? Obviously, She eats anything, the earth is a closed system and everything is ultimately recycled, but some things are clearly more beneficial to the garden than others.
So, that leads right back to dealing with your own shit. We do that quite literally here. All our ‘humanure’ goes on the garden, along with waste from the chicken coop and all our vegetable peelings etc. (after they’ve been composted for a year or so). Some one told us that the best way to make a bed was to dig the top layer of topsoil away and put in a layer of straw and a layer of compost, then put the topsoil back. We’ve done that on a couple of beds this winter and have just planted potatoes and brassicas.
I’m not saying compost toilets and ‘humanure’ for everyone, but it is what we need to do to live here and it’s really not so bad. Flushing toilets seem quite strange to me now. We have compost toilets and a tree-bog (the loo with a view), no flushing toilets, no municipal sewage. (We have a reed bed for grey water.) And it’s quite obvious how dealing with your own shit has benefits. I just noticed that the asparagus is coming up already!
The soil looks good this year, finally. It’s taken four years, to get to the point where we are growing around half of all our vegetables and that will increase now we know more about what works and what doesn’t. I feel that it’s paid off taking it slowly and not giving the soil ‘indigestion’ by making improvements too rapidly. A friend nearby got his soil to what seemed like a perfect state within two years, but then the mice moved in to that lovely soft, rich warm soil and ate everything. He still hasn’t got rid of them. In using our own waste to feed the earth, we have moved at the right pace for the biochemical relationship between us and the soil to develop; we are giving the soil all the information and nutrients it needs, to give us exactly what we need in terms of medicine and nourishment.

We tried mulching with wood chips on several of the beds two years ago. They are good for weed suppression, but there’s no tree cutting company around here, so we had to go and get them from the wood yard. This was a lot of work and we ended up with lots of hard wood and it takes too long to break down. We will eventually use wood chips for the paths – after we’ve dug up all the brambles – but they didn’t really work on the beds.
Our main source of mulch is leaf mulch from the oak woods close by and grass cuttings in the spring and summer.
We started the garden in the winter of 2014, by clearing some straggly pines over about an acre, laying out beds and digging in ditches and swales and putting in a series of drainage pipes. This is after we cleared the trees and as we started laying out the beds with beams from the old house. We did a lot of digging.
I used to call the garden the ‘food forest’, rather optimistically. Four years later, it’s clear that what we are doing here is technically more organic polyculture than permaculture, but let’s not quibble over terms. Now, we just call it the garden – ‘la huerta’ as they say here. We haven’t been able to work on the garden as much as we would have liked, we also had a house to build and retreats to run and it was a big help to have some volunteers last summer, but we are making steady progress.
water management: Swales, ditches and drainage
The year we moved here, in 2013, was said to be the wettest in 70 years. It rained torrentially, more or less continuously, from January to May. The track to our house was an ‘over-the-top-of-your-wellies’ river and the mud was relentless. As the soil here is clay, we put in a lot of effort over the following year, digging ditches and swales and putting in drainage, to prevent water-logging. Then we had very little rain, with drought conditions in much of Galicia for the next three years.
Last year was very hard on the garden, with a highly unusual late frost at the end of April, that wiped out the grapes, all our fruit and potatoes, followed by more drought. We lost quite a few trees too. We put in extruding hose, which worked quite well, but will need to be supplemented with water storage tanks, as we can’t run the water for the garden and water in the house at the same time (we are now off-grid). We were almost to the point of filling in the swales, as they were just filling up with weeds, when this year the rain returned. Two weeks ago the reservoirs were all 90% full, and it’s still raining. We have more than enough rain to get us through the summer now, but we really need the rain to stop so we can get out and do some planting. This summer we will need to do some swale maintenance.
Still, what a joy it is to see our swales and drainage working properly. All that work finally paid off!
We put a drain across the track and this takes the run-off in a buried pipe 80M or so down to the pool. The rain from the green roof of the house joins this pipe and also goes to the pool, you can just see it to the left of the deck. The pool dried up completely last summer, although the summer before people were able to swim in it. If it dries up, that’s it, as we’re not going to pump water from the well into the pool.
The swales are filled from a ditch across the brow of the hill and they are linked by drainage pipes that also go down to the other end of the pool.
The overflow from the pool goes to the little creek at the bottom of our property. One day, we’d like to clear the creek, to help it flow better, it’s really overgrown at the moment.
We are not on municipal water here and we don’t have a septic tank. All our grey water goes into a reed bed, so we are careful to minimise our use of chemicals so that we don’t kill the reeds and create a stink! In most cases the natural option is cheaper, healthier and more effective – although you might have to experiment a bit to find out what suits you.
Shampoo is an issue if you’ve been used to the sleek, glossy, full-volume, untangled hype of the chemical stuff, especially if you have long hair. But it’s not worth dying for! Most commercial, non-organic shampoos contain SODIUM LAURYL SULFATE (SLS) & SODIUM LAURETH SULFATE (SLES) and they are probably the most dangerous of all personal care products. Just because there is no immediate noticeable effect doesn’t mean that it isn’t harmful in the long-term. Why take the risk? In animal tests ( and why have that on your conscience for a shampoo?) they have been found to cause eye damage, depression, breathing difficulties, diarrhoea, severe skin irritation, immune system damage, corrosion and death. According to the American College of Toxicology states both SLS and SLES can cause malformation in children’s eyes.
DEA (diethanolamine) MEA (momoethanolamine) TEA (triethanolamine) are also in most main brand shampoos, often appearing as Cocamide DEA or MEA, Lauramide DEA, etc. These are hormone disrupting chemicals and research has shown that they are implicated in the increase in liver and kidney cancers.
I want to make life easy for my immune system, not more challenging!
I’ve been mostly underwhelmed with the organic shampoo options. They are expensive, hard to find here and tend to leave my hair feeling life-less and just not that clean. I prefer my home-made option, which we also use as a body wash and hand wash.
I have long hair and I don’t take care of it – it gets sun-damage over the summer and windblown in the winter. I don’t condition or colour it and can barely be bothered to get it cut once a year. But it’s healthy and shiny and virtually without grey.
coconut milk shampoo recipe
Here’s the recipe:
one can of organic coconut milk (400ml)
400ml liquid castille soap
200ml vegetable glycerin
a few drops of essential oils of your choice ( I use rosemary mostly)
Mix the ingredients and pour into a used shampoo bottle. This makes quite a bit, so I put the rest in the freezer and defrost when I need a refill. You only need to use a small amount and don’t be put off by the fact that it’s quite runny. It lathers really well and smells gorgeous. Initially I used aloe vera to improve the texture of the shampoo and neutralise the pH, but the end result was still a bit ‘claggy’ which built up over a few weeks. The vegetable glycerin gives a squeaky clean feel and adds to the shine, with no build up. I wouldn’t go back to store bought stuff even if it was available and I had cash to throw at it.
Castille soap is made from olive oil and caustic soda. Dr Bronner’s is the most well-known brand, but there are others – I usually use the hemp and almond version. You can make your own, and I’ve tried this, but it makes it a lot more work and the result tends to be inconsistent as it’s temperature and humidity dependent – sometimes it’s too thick and other times too runny.
The one-eyed monster of the title refers to ‘the authorities’ who started the fires here, in Portugal and in California too. They’ve been around for a long time, but now the RHOMAY know exactly who they are and where to find them.
You, RHOMAY are the only authority there is. You ‘author’ your life.

In the previous post, Living Water in the New Reel, I described how structured water, or living water as I prefer to call it, helps provide the electrical charge needed to stabilize your character in the new reel. As I explained in that post, we have good quality water here, pure and unfiltered from a deep well, but we have noticed significant improvements since we started using the water structuring discs I’m going to talk about here.
In 2017 the inventor of the technology came to visit, to present his water structuring technology to John Lash and a small group of friends. Anton has had a successful business selling water structuring products and consulting in water structuring technology for nearly 20 years throughout the southern hemisphere. The background to his visit is that he listened to John’s interviews on Redice and felt that he was of the few interviewees who recognised white genocide, which is an everyday issue for white South Africans and had something useful to say about it. White genocide and the plight of European settlers who built that country is not the subject of this post, but it is a fine example of the success of judeo-communism and well worth studying. If you know the enemy and their tactics, it is much easier to keep them out of your life.
Anton’s technology now goes under the acronym, ELFET, which stands for Electrical Field Entrainment Techniques, and involves mimicking the rhythms, shapes and movement of Nature using sound. (In South Africa it is known as Trivortex.) He has created software that turns sacred geometry into sound waves. Objects are put into a proprietary chamber and the specially created audio frequencies are ‘played’ through each end of the chamber to impregnate the objects. There is still some as yet unexplained mystery about this process, although it most likely involves the creation of a scalar field within the chamber. Anton has focused much of his efforts on delivering the proof that the technology works, rather than theorizing. And we saw the proof for ourselves.
As soon as Anton began demonstrating the software and how to plot the points to create the shapes and movement, John recognised this:
It’s called Kepler’s Trigon and shows the positions of Saturn and Jupiter in opposition to the sun. Kepler was the first to publish this pattern in 1606, and the diagram shows how Jupiter and Saturn occupy the same positions on three occasions over a timeframe of a couple of months. Then the fourth conjunction returns to within 7-8° of the last conjunction after a lapse of 60 years, which is why the plotted triangle appears to shift around the circle. The next such conjunction will be in December 2020. Anton could have selected other points to plot on his software demonstration, but it just so happened that he picked this pattern, without knowing what it was and that led John to recognize it as Thelete technology. Sophia knows that this happens, of course, but it is the involvement of Thelete that enables the human mind to turn this into exactly the usable technology necessary for these times. Although Anton has been working on this for many years, it is no coincidence that he came to us during the time Jupiter was in the womb of the Virgin.
The Taste Test
We did two taste tests with the water structuring discs. These are small, stainless steel discs (4.5cm) that have been treated in the ELFET chambers. We poured two glasses of water from the tap and placed a disc under one of the glasses for a couple of minutes. Each of us then tasted the untreated water, followed by the treated water. We all noticed exactly the same improvements; the water was somehow silkier and better tasting.
We then did the same test with red wine. We poured two glasses of wine from a newly opened bottle and put the disc under one for a couple of minutes. In just two minutes and average glass of wine matured into a delicious glass of wine.
I have also tested water with my dogs and cats and they all choose the treated water. We use the water structuring discs at home for our drinking water all the time. As I write this, in December 2018, we have been using the products continuously for nearly two years and are satisfied in every respect – we have also shared them with many friends and visitors with the same results. Noteworthy, is the feedback from friends who have used the discs for pain relief following accidents and injuries. Simply by taping the disc over the painful area, pain is alleviated after 30-60 minutes and they also reported that it worked when everything else has failed.
Other Test Results
I have seen the results of many independent lab tests that have shown the improvements in plant germination, plant growth, nutritional value of plants, elimination of blood toxins and the human energy field. Here are a few images here.
We use the water structuring discs to structure our drinking water, simply by placing the jug of water from the tap on the disc for a few minutes and to water our plants and feel healthy, strong and with constant high level functioning in the new reel. The improvement is noticeable. I’ve also sent discs to

Do you ever get the feeling that you are living in two oddly disparate worlds? I’ve been noticing this with increasing regularity in this double Idris shift. In his masterful essay, The Director’s Cut, John Lash offers a compelling description of how the Aeonic Mother is editing and splicing the world movie, so that the new reel that plays into the next kalpa overlays the fifth and final reel of the current kalpa. Schizophrenia is unavoidable, as your life flickers between the two simultaneously running reels. The ego construct of the false self we were all forced into is fragmenting, putting yet more pressure on anyone seeking refuge in the fantastic imagination. The A10s are doomed to play out the rest of their lives in the old reel, as it runs to its inevitable conclusion of total destruction and insanity. There’s nothing you can do about that. However, the chances are that, as you are reading this post, you have been dealt a different hand and your fate depends upon how you handle it.
During the period in which the two reels overlay each other the characters in each, the A10s of the fifth reel and the A11s of the new reel, still interact but the interactions become more superficial, ghostlike even, and increasingly influenced by the behaviour of the A11s. The A10s have no choice, they cannot participate in Correction because they were conceived in error, but there are many A11s who are still stumbling around in the Sophianic blindspot – they do not know the story of the planet or the Anthropos or that there are two reels running. The best way to reach other A11s, is through the example you are able to offer by living as A11 in the new reel:
“the Director’s Cut, the version she originally dreamed of howit could play out, given that the Anthropos was left free to own and express its genius-level endowment, unhampered by extraneous deceit.” John Lash, The Directors Cut.
The frontline A11s, the first to breakthrough, need to be warriors and the key challenge for a warrior in these end-times, is how to ground yourself in the ‘new reel’ in your daily life. Planetary Tantra provides the framework for living, the Kalika War Party provides the template for action, but you also participate in Correction and hone yourself as a warrior through the decisions and behaviour in the granular detail of every moment. My aim, through this site and Nemeta once it is up and running, is to share what I’m learning about life as a Sophianic animist and A11 warrior. And when you get right down to basics, what is more essential to life than water?
The Body Functions as a Solar-Powered Water Battery
In the new real, water is not just for hydration; it is a solar powered battery, that fuels many cellular functions, drives circulation and supports the heart.
Remember the alchemical image of The Green Lion Devouring the Sun, that I was contemplating last December when I wrote A Dose of Vitriol? The image prompted something in addition to photosynthesis in my mind, but I couldn’t quite grasp it at the time. When I looked at it again today, I immediately saw the green of the heart chakra and the folklore correlations between the lion and the heart – this image can also be taken to depict the sun powering the heart. This is not as far-fetched as it might sound.
Stephanie Seneff, a computer research scientist at MIT, uses her computer language skills to synthesize volumes of studies in biology, to get to the bottom of what is really going on in many diseases. She has made the connection between sulphur and glucose metabolism and how sulphur deficiency underlies many diseases, see Sulfur deficiency. In the same article she raises the question: is the skin a solar-powered battery for the heart? Vitamin D (actually a hormone and not a vitamin at all) is synthesized in the kidneys, signified by the two ‘balls’ on the tail of the green lion.
Seneff summarizes the process like this:
“Why am I spending so much time talking about all of this? Well, if I’m right, then the skin can be viewed as a solar-powered battery for the heart, and that is a remarkable concept. The energy in sunlight is converted into chemical energy in the oxygen-sulfur bonds, and then transported through the blood vessels to the heart and skeletal muscles. The cholesterol sulfate and vitamin D3-sulfate are carriers that deliver the energy (and the oxygen) “door-to-door” to the individual heart and skeletal muscle cells.”
However, this article doesn’t mention the role of water in the process. Seneff gets to that in this presentation: The Mineral Power of Your Body’s Electrical Supply
This is her summary of that presentation. Sulfate (US spelling) or sulphate (English spelling) means related to sulphur, or compounds of sulphuric acid. Gelled water is also referred to as EZ (exclusion zone) water, structured water, crystalline water or living water.
EZ water, is the term coined by Dr Gerald Pollack and described in his excellent book, The Fourth Phase of Water: Beyond Solid, Liquid and Vapor. Pollack calls the familiar H2O, in which the water molecule is made up of two hydrogen atoms to one oxygen atom, bulk water to differentiate it from EZ water which is H3O2. It has a liquid crystalline honeycomb structure, higher viscosity and is more alkaline than ordinary water. It is the phase of water you know as surface tension that supports water boatman or pond skimmers and it is also the kind of water that makes up 99% of the cells in our bodies and the water in all living organisms. He named it exclusion zone water because it holds a negative charge that enables it to exclude impurities, such as toxins. EZ water occurs where water meets a hydrophilic surface, such as the ocean, or a glass where it meets the atmosphere, in cells where it meets membranes, or in the atmosphere itself where it clings to particles and is involved in the formation of clouds. Bulk water carries a positive charge. EZ water absorbs more radiant energy, especially in the infrared wavelengths (which are everywhere) than bulk water. The separation of the positive and negatively charged water provides the battery polarity, which either repels or attracts according to the amount of stored radiant energy in the EZ water and this creates the flow that enables blood to move through your veins, or water up a tree, as well as releasing energy as heat.
“Water, therefore, acts as a transducer, absorbing one kind of energy and converting it into other kinds.”
Dr Pollack describes this process, very simply in his TED talk: Water, Cells and Life
So, drinking living water, as we drunk from mountain springs and crystal lakes when we lived in forests, is clearly healthy. However, is it possible that correctly charged and aimed human creatures provide energy not just for themselves, but also to the planet? I can’t see how this could not be true. We live in the exclusion zone of the planet, connecting with the negatively charged earth (when you walk barefoot on the earth) and moving through the positively charged atmosphere. You feel the atmosphere, the air as hot and heavy pressure on your skin before a thunderstorm, but you are in it all the time and you cannot possibly be anything other than part of it – but are you a weak connection or a strong one?
Consider these two images. The first is a diagrammatic form of the six primary chakras (corresponding to the main organs of the endocrine system) and the positively and negatively charged channels of the human system. The Ida (negative charge) and Pingala (postitive charge) represent the basic duality in the existence, or Shakti and Shiva, feminine and masculine or it can be the intuitive and logical aspect of you. Without these two dualities, or charges, life wouldn’t exist as it does right now.
The second image shows the Birkeland Currents. Birkeland currents connect the ionosphere to the magnetosphere and channel solar wind energy to Earth’s uppermost atmosphere. The earth is not powered by a liquid iron molten core, but by plasma jets from the sun and the pleroma and we are part of that system too.
Now, consider this text from John Lash’s Great Work, A Recreation of the Alchemical Mystery
“For the Human to serve as the prime regenerative agent in atmospheric alchemy, is certainly a tremendous possibility. And it is only natural to ask if this is really possible, when will it come to pass? The answer must be given by way of the esoteric proposition of counterpoise; when the conditions that require regeneration become acute, then this potential will ripen. The again this leads to the obvious question: what evidence is to be found today of atmospheric processes that require regeneration? This is not hard to answer, for evidence is all around. It presents itself in the phenomenon, now unfolding on a worldwide scale, of collapsing ecosystems,”
John Lash wrote this long before he reconstructed the Sophianic Narrative and the Electric Universe Theory had not yet emerged. He also wrote about plasma and “Aquaster” or star-water and their functions within the essence of the body and the atmosphere. The correlations with living water, or crystalline water are quite clear. And here we are, in the final eleven minutes of Correction and the regenerative agent is emerging. Do you remember John saying this in the GNE: correction occurs in the apsides of Jupiter? Well, isn’t it something to ponder on, how at the midpoint of this superlearning event, the NASA probe Juno, is discovering that Jupiter is not solid and has a complex magnetic field, much stronger than that of the earth and quite similar to the sun in many ways. Is Jupiter/Thelete the regenerative agent that Gaia Sophia needs? The answers to that question will become apparent over the coming months, but what does that have to do with water, you might ask.
This is still a work in progress, but I’m currently considering how the Jovian aspect of hate, the element of sulphur and living water are involved in the regeneration of the planet, at all levels – as above, so below. The planetary animal mother needs living water for her electrical functions and so do we. Do we participate electrically and physiologically in Correction by maintaining our own solar powered batteries (our hearts) at optimum levels? The evidence, so far, supports this hypothesis. You are entrained to see an image of a heart and think love, but sometimes you must protect what you love before it is destroyed and hate makes it easier to do that – just as sulphur and water ease the flow of blood through your veins.
In conclusion, drinking living water grounds you in the new real and makes it easier for you to participate in Correction. The effect is electrical and the results are tangible – it helps you remain poised, energized and in flow, so that you can recognize the flicker between the two reels and make an informed choice in any situation.
I know that many of you are already using structured water, but that this isn’t easy for everyone to do. We used to laser our water when we lived in London, but the lasers are very expensive. Here, our water is from a very deep well, we have shungite crystals in the well, copper triskellians and a copper torsion coil around the well-head and with the pipes running from the well to the house laid in spirals – yet we still found noticeable improvement in the taste and texture of the water when we used a particular water structuring technology. This water structuring technology was demonstrated to us by man who came to meet with us and John Lash, to share his technology and learn how it could be applied in the new reel. He said he would have John drinking water by the end of four days – and he did. John described his work as “Thelete technology”. We were so impressed by the difference to the taste and texture of the water that we all began using the water structuring discs immediately and we launched an introductory campaign to make the discs available to others. That campaign has now expired, but the feedback was overwhelmingly positive and ever since people have been asking me: how can they get another disc? A solution to that is in the pipeline.
Hee, in whom Love doth breed, to stirre more hate,
Courting a wanton Nimph for his delight;
His name is Jupiter, my Lord, by Fate,
Who for her, leaves Me, Heaven, his throne, and light.
I saw him not (said I) although heere are
Many, in whose hearts, Love hath made like warre.
This post spews out of my repugnance at the vile creatures of the totally misguided women’s protest movement, but what could I say that hasn’t already been said? Instead, I’m going to push that spectre of poisoned femininity out of my mind and try to define the role of the warrior priestess, or shaman, if you prefer.
This role was incepted in the Andalucian Retreat in the Kamala shift of 2015 and it is available, as an archetype if you will, to any woman who claims it and can handle it. The lineage of the warrior priestess is represented in ancient art from all over the world, from Aztec warrior goddesses to the female warrior shaman of Siberia and China and the war goddesses of Greece and Turkey, Egypt and India. In northern Afghanistan, an excavation of 1978-9 unearthed a tomb containing the remains of three warrior priestesses and two priestesses, thought to be from around the second millennium BCE. A male of around 30 years old wearing the attire of the warrior priestess was also buried in the same tomb and, leading to speculation that he was a eunuch. Was this early evidence of the same infection that is driving emasculation and the corruption of the gender binary today?
I am not advocating a return to a matriarchal society, if ever there was one. I am saying that female A11s, need to reclaim the spirit of the Mistress of the Animals and work with their men to hunt down and kill the predators that hide among us, before we can begin to build a new society, like nothing that has ever been before on this planet. To claim back their ‘power’, women need to engage with the source of all power – the earth. I saw the vestigial remains of the elaborate headdresses of the female shamanic warriors of the ancient world, as if distorted through a carnival mirror, in the ‘pink pussy’ hats of the pavlovian feminists on parade, and I also saw the turning point.
Feminine power is not found in politics, although it can affect politics and it’s certainly not found in feminism or any women’s study group. You find it in the woods and mountains, by rivers and lakes, and by following the lunar shifts to get to know the moods of the earth – Planetary Tantra. Women were the healers, not only because of the maternal instinct to take care of their families and clans, but because the close study of the interaction between animals and the healing plants and minerals is how we learn to handle the power of the earth. Every woman who takes herself out of the mainstream starts to look at natural healing and plant medicine, without even knowing that this is the call of her shamanic ancestors vibrating through her DNA. From plant medicine, to knowledge of the psychoactive plants, to poison plants and from the psychoactive plants to deeper knowledge of the natural world, to the anointment of kings and then genocide. The history is easily accessible to anyone who wants to look.
The role of the warrior priestess is just a character you can choose to play in the dreaming of the Aeonic Mother. It does not mean you are a reincarnation of any witches of the past, although you may have access to their memories. It does not make you a goddess or anything other than human. If you choose this role, you get immediate access to all the power of the earth, there are no intermediary steps, but if you cannot handle that power you will get badly burned. It seems to drive people insane. The Gaian Tantra Vow is the only method I know of for entering into this power sharing pact with the indwelling divinity of the planet.
The power of the earth
It is easy to see the power of the earth in the elements, the wind, the oceans, volcanoes, rushing rivers, earthquakes, thunderstorms etc., but how does this play out on a human scale? You get a feel of this in a telestic session, when the telluric energy of the planet blasts through you. There is an electrical aspect to this power and women are more naturally conductive, and men are more naturally resistant. I would guess that this is physiological, based on ratio of fat and water (conductive) to bone and skin (insulating). This is no accident, of course, and one of the reasons why it is important to have a balance of men and women in telestic sessions. However, the heightened awareness of telestic sessions simply enhances the participants’ perceptions of what is always present, but beyond the normal senses, and trains and refines both the ordinary and non-ordinary senses in the process. It is through the development of the capacity to withstand this power in the telestic session, with full awareness of what is happening in the ordinary senses, that the shaman learns to direct the force in an altered state of consciousness and in ordinary consciousness.
The mirroring attention
How is is it possible to direct the power of the earth? I think that the mysterious functioning of the mirroring attention might be involved. Mysterious does not mean without factual basis. For example the mirror-neuron system, which enables the sensory motor system to learn through imitation – it’s why you instinctively make sucking or chewing noises if you want a baby to eat. The mirror neurons in the baby’s brain respond to the visual stimuli by stimulating the part of the motor cortex in his brain that causes the mouth to move, exactly as if he had initiated the eating process himself. (See: The Mirror-Neuron System, Rizzolatti and Craighero, 2004)
The mirror neuron system doesn’t die off when we become adults. It’s there all the time, silently maintaining the relationship with other life forms and the external environment, while you focus your attention elsewhere. Information is not just received visually or aurally, but via your skin, the chakra system and your gut. I would expect mirror-type neurons to be discovered in other ‘intelligent’ organs, like the heart and gut at some point. All the ‘intelligent’ organs are connected via the vagus nerve (the carnal instrument of the mirroring attention) which modulates the ‘volume’ across the entire system to regulate the biochemical activity in all the organs and systems involved. There is also a similar system in plants.
The mirror neuron system is part of the mirroring attention, that acts an extensive support system enabling you to take action, sometimes complex series of actions without having to make a conscious decision about every stage of that process. For example, have you ever driven somewhere and arrived without having any memory of the journey? That was the mirroring attention, operating through your visual and motor cortices, without you being aware of it. In partnership with the ability to generate spontaneous action, the mirroring attention forms the biological basis for surviving predation in all creatures. However, in human animals, with the capacity to override natural instincts, it is being used to train you to work against your best interests.
The shaman’s mirror
What has this got to do with the role of the warrior priestess, you might ask? Well, there is the curious fact of the shaman’s mirror to consider. Once again, all over the world (but especially in Siberia, Mongolia, China and central Asia) shamans, male and female, were buried with mirrors, of bronze, silver, mixed metals and stone in Mesoamerica. Sometimes, they were sewn into their clothes. The current consensus among the ‘experts’, is that these mirrors were used in healing, to ward off evil spirits and for divination. However, when I consider the status that must have been accorded to some of these warrior priestesses, judging by the riches in their tombs, I have to question what service they provided that was so highly valued? For example, Lady Fu Hau of the Shang dynasty (c. 1250 – 1192 B.C.) was a military general and a high priestess, who led military campaigns against other tribes and was also consulted for ritual and ceremonial matters. She had a lavish tomb, with weapons, bells, mirrors, ritual vessels and cowrie shells. She also had a statue erected in her honour. She was a powerful woman, and one of many, before the Abrahamic religions forced us into hiding and all but destroyed the memory of when we were valued for the power we wielded.
About two weeks after the telestic session in which the warrior shaman archetype was activated I had a dream in which I was trapped in a hostile environment and didn’t know how to get out and it was dark. I was afraid, but lucid and I knew it was one of those interesting situations, so I summoned Black Jaguar to help me. This was the first time I’d ever called Black Jaguar in a dream. With him at my side I could see in infrared and I kicked off my shoes and we started walking. We communicated telepathically and he asked me where I wanted to go and I didn’t know. So we walked a few steps further and he asked me what I wanted and I thought: fuck, I don’t know that either! He stopped and looked at me and said: there are rules here you know. If you don’t know where you are going or what you want I can’t help you So I went through a list of possibilities in my head to see which one felt right – key, artifact, treasure, book and eventually I came to weapon and that felt right. I told him that I wanted my magical weapon and he asked me what it was and I told him that it was a mirror.
So, I’m drawing a few threads together here and focusing on the mirroring attention because, from the little we know of the functioning of mirroring in humans, it appears to be stronger in women. Women are biologically wired to be more empathetic, in order to bond with their offspring and teach them basic skills, just as men are wired to be less empathetic and to take greater pleasure in revenge. Women’s intuition is biological, due to reduced testosterone in the womb, the trade-off for men is that they get more morbido – the pleasure of killing. But what if the warrior priestesses had learned how to initiate directly into the mirroring attention and orchestrate events to benefit their armies?
In times of peace, the female shaman would most likely focus on healing, nurturing and teaching, with rituals around the crops, water, the seasons etc., but these are not those times. If I had young children now, I’d be teaching them martial arts, how to grow and cook real food, how to take care of themselves in the real world, as opposed to doing things online. Digital natives still need to eat. They also need to know factual history and how to think for themselves. I don’t want to live under communist rule any more than I want to live under Sharia law and the current odds do not favour the white European, most of whom will most likely end up begging their governments (the Jewish communists) to save them from the hoards of ‘peace-loving refugees’ in their communities.
In times of war, and we are at war, the role of the female shaman transitions into the warrior priestess. (The terms priestess, shaman or witch are interchangeable in this context.) This is why the ‘job descriptions’ of the goddesses who give their power to the shaman tend to cover the trilogy of love, war and magic. The roles of male and female warrior shaman are bound to compliment each other, but I still don’t know how this works in practice. The ideal Euro-aboriginal clan would have both. Personally, I feel driven to hone my instincts and work closely with the men I encounter, who are not yet totally pussified, to help toughen and sharpen them up – in so many ways! It’s impossible to predict how this is all going to pan out, the attacks are coming from so many directions, but it only takes one warrior priestess to recover the skills of our ancestors to change the game.
