This is a short talk, an account of a dream in which I received the instruction for psychoacoustic activation of the nodal points on the earth grid. It is an addendum to Spelling Out Electrosmog and describes a better way of activating the grid. (I think I might have said psychoactive activation at the end of the talk instead of psychoacoustic, so I just wanted to correct that, as no psychoactive guides are necessary for this activation.)
A slight play on words, but a way of describing a recent experience that I want to signal, so you can recognize it when it comes your way. Our Aeonic Mother is using this cosmic force to get Her experiment back on track, as events get to the point of ‘supersaturation’ when you ‘just can’t do it anymore’ you can bet that the situation is about to change dramatically, and delightfully for those of us who really do live Her Story.
This recording is a bit rambling and unedited – it has several pauses while I gathered my thoughts. I’m trusting that I’ve addressed the main points one way or another…..
Whatever the weather, our day starts with walking the dogs and (sometimes with cats in tow) and foraging for weeds. We are lucky to live in an area where there is no intensive farming, no crop spraying and lots of hedgerows, meadows and verges, where the wild plants flourish. Our own land was not occupied for 40 years before we moved here so, although it is hard work clawing out a few patches for cultivation, at least I know that our soil is relatively uncontaminated. In the height of summer, when it can be very hot and dry, there’s not usually so much to be had from the wild, but we usually have plenty in our garden then.
I started juicing two years ago in spring when the cleavers came out en masse and almost begged to be juiced. I bought a Lexen Manual Juicer, as the electric one some one left us is so big and noisy and I have Luddite leanings. What a joy this little machine is. It makes beautiful, rich and slick juice and is so satisfying to use – and easy to clean. I much prefer it to the electric version. Chopping the plants and fruits and pushing them into the machine and watching the juice and pulp come out is a kind of meditation. I’m still juicing every morning, because it really does taste that good……and I’m beginning to learn why it’s so good.
Wild juice recipe
3 sticks of celery
Large thumb-sized piece of ginger
Handful of coriander/cilantro leaves
And several handfuls of one or more of the following:
Cabbage (red or green)
Lemon balm (not too much as it’s very strong)
Mallow (not too much as it’s very gooey)
Milk thistle leaves
Radish leaves –
Yarrow (not too much as it’s pucker-power astringent)
For our tastes the apple, celery, ginger and coriander/cilantro is the basic blend and then whatever greens are available. This juicer prefers hard fruits, technically it’s a wheat grass juicer, so anything too mushy doesn’t work so well. We grow broccoli, kale, swiss chard and cabbage for most of the year, hopefully the ginger, coriander/cilantro and apples will make it this year and we find the ‘weeds’ on our walks.
We’re enjoying an abundance cleavers, clover, dandelion and milk thistle leaves at the moment.
Biological power plants
The human body is a biological power plant, as it transduces multiple energy sources for different systems and processes. Oxygen is used as the primary fuel to break down food, carbohydrates, fats, minerals and vitamins in order to power movement and essential physiological processes, such as digestion, respiration, mitosis and repair. The nervous system is considered to be primarily electrical, driven by the polarizing actions of the sodium-potassium pump in response to stimuli and then back to the resting state after external stimulation. The nervous system uses about one third of the body’s overall energy capacity, regardless of physical activity or lifestyle choices. Except in cases of injury, poisoning or chronic illness, most ‘nervous conditions’ can be significantly remediated through diet. However, more recently some researchers are considering that the nervous system is powered by light. And what about the senses????
The human body also creates energy. I cranked my manual juicer with kinetic energy, not hard enough to make me sweat (thankfully), but just being alive creates thermal energy. And then there is light. All life forms radiate light, which is electromagnetic energy. Some electromagnetic energy is visible to the naked eye, like rainbows or laser beams, but most isn’t.
Your body grows new retinal cells every two days, new skin in six weeks, a new liver over an eight week period and new nerve cells in a matter of months. So what stops us from regenerating and why do we all show signs of ageing, with advancing years? Those are big questions, with many answers, but in biological terms your body needs three things:
the right raw materials from which to construct new cells;
sufficient cellular energy to enable it to use the raw materials;
a working communication system, so it knows what to do and when;
a guiding narrative that attunes you to health and regeneration.
If any one of these three components is depleted, as they mostly are, you don’t heal and regenerate as you were designed to do and eventually you succumb to total systemic failure – otherwise known as death. Additionally, cells, systems, habits and even civilizations all go through a natural process of apoptosis, signified by chaos, and that’s one way of looking at the current conditions. The question is: what do you do about it? You can just find yourself a safe haven and ride out the rest of you life as best you can and there’s plenty to be said for that approach, I nearly ended up there myself. But funnily enough, when I found my safe haven, here in Galicia, I began to perceive and experience life in a very different way. Life gushes, sprouts and oozes through every pore in the earth and atmosphere here and I want more of it. This leads back to the plants, the wild plants and weeds……
Have you ever stopped to consider why you need to put so much time and effort into weeding the garden? The weeds always win! They are stronger, better adapted to the environment and they are prolific, whatever the conditions, the weeds survive and return more quickly than cultivated plants – they are the power plants. That’s because they grow as Nature intended, they haven’t been hybridized for yield benefits or so they can be transported over long distances, irradiated and still look tasty on a grocery store shelf. Domestic vegetables are designed for profit and wild plants are designed for life. Wild plants contain at least 5 – 10 times more nutrients, vitamins, enzymes, phytochemicals and biophotons than supermarket vegetables. 15 grams of nettles contain far more nutrients than 100 grams of healthy romaine lettuce. I’ve long suspected that one of the reasons I didn’t do well on a vegetarian diet was lack of minerals. I’m very reluctant to use supplements, as I regard them as suspiciously as I do every other processed ‘food – made for profit, rather than health. Several studies have shown that the mineral content of wild edible plants is higher than their commercial equivalents, which stands to reason if the wild plants are collected from soil that has not been depleted through industrial farming methods. However, there is another reason, that is even more significant and that is light.
Biophotons, that is light emitted by life, were discovered in 1923 by Russian scientist Professor Alexander Gurvich, who originally named them “mitogenetic rays”. German biophysicist Fritz-Albert Popp proved their existence in 1974 and subsequently developed biophoton theory based on observation to explain their possible biological role and the ways in which they may control biochemical processes, growth, differentiation etc. This work is now continued in a network of research laboratories in more than 10 countries, although it remains outside of make-believe mainstream science.
The radiant light emanating from animals and plants that is too faint to be seen by the naked eye. It would be like seeing a lit candle in the dark from 20km away, but it has been repeatedly photographed using the Popp designed photomultiplier devices. In humans it appears to be most concentrated in the forehead, the throat and the chest area.
According to Popp, living cells and DNA use electromagnetic waves to communicate and transfer information. Substances and unnatural electromagnetic fields, disrupt the natural cycles of light emission causing loss of coherence and poor intracellular communication, so that the body is unable to generate new healthy cells. For example, Popp found that cancer cells were not attuned to the rest of the body ie. out of synch, dancing to a different tune.
A biophoton is always emitted before each of the appproximately 100,000 biochemical reactions that occur per second in every cell in the human body. There is no biochemical reaction that takes place without the preceding biophoton signal, which is why it is considered to be the ‘steering system’ for all the biochemistry that takes place in the body. The communication system of the body is more akin to fibre optics than copper wires.
I’ll be posting more on biophotons, DNA, regeneration and communication another day. Meanwhile, if you can find a very local source of edible wild plants, give wild juicing a try and I’m sure you’ll notice the benefits in a few weeks. Popp considers the biophoton content to be of far greater importance than just the nutrient or caloric content of a food freshly picked, as it brings coherence back into the body. Health and regeneration is just not possible without communication and coherence. Eating plants with a high biophoton content helps correct the deficit caused by electromagnetic pollution and reconnects you with nature – another part of the story. Wild edible leafy green plants have the highest biophoton content of all foods available, as the ancient alchemists surely knew.
The first year here, our neighbour farmer dumped a trailer load of cow manure on the garden, when I wasn’t around, and told my husband that I asked for it! Well, that was an error of communication, but it really brought it home to me in the most graphic way: I had to be really clear that I wasn’t going to take anyone else’s shit anymore. I have plenty enough of my own. The technical term is ‘humanure.’
SIGNS OF CORRECTION
Within four hours of my having written, “I wasn’t going to take anyone else’s shit anymore” a dear friend posted this on Facebook.
Now, I haven’t spoken with this friend in a few months and I hadn’t planned on writing about the farmer dumping the cow manure. This friend does not follow the Sophianic Narrative either, although he is a sovereign individual and lives a natural lifestyle. So what did this little ‘coincidence’ signify to me? It’s PAM banging on the drum of the endopsyche – don’t you feel it too? Haven’t you had enough of this shit?
Sophia has agency. She’s had it since the summer of 2016. This means She is using all means available to get your attention – it doesn’t matter to Her whether you know She exists or not; you are still one of Her children. For those of us in PT, She’s having a bit of fun, showing that She can play with the search engines. She can eliminate the xenosh and their collaborators at any time, of course, but our wise and generous mother is giving us the opportunity to participate in that pleasure with Her and that necessitates refusing to take on other people’s shit and dealing with your own.
The first principle of Gaian Permaculture, as I defined it is: feed the soil. But what do you feed a goddess? Obviously, She eats anything, the earth is a closed system and everything is ultimately recycled, but some things are clearly more beneficial to the garden than others.
So, that leads right back to dealing with your own shit. We do that quite literally here. All our ‘humanure’ goes on the garden, along with waste from the chicken coop and all our vegetable peelings etc. (after they’ve been composted for a year or so). Some one told us that the best way to make a bed was to dig the top layer of topsoil away and put in a layer of straw and a layer of compost, then put the topsoil back. We’ve done that on a couple of beds this winter and have just planted potatoes and brassicas.
I’m not saying compost toilets and ‘humanure’ for everyone, but it is what we need to do to live here and it’s really not so bad. Flushing toilets seem quite strange to me now. We have compost toilets and a tree-bog (the loo with a view), no flushing toilets, no municipal sewage. (We have a reed bed for grey water.) And it’s quite obvious how dealing with your own shit has benefits. I just noticed that the asparagus is coming up already!
The soil looks good this year, finally. It’s taken four years, to get to the point where we are growing around half of all our vegetables and that will increase now we know more about what works and what doesn’t. I feel that it’s paid off taking it slowly and not giving the soil ‘indigestion’ by making improvements too rapidly. A friend nearby got his soil to what seemed like a perfect state within two years, but then the mice moved in to that lovely soft, rich warm soil and ate everything. He still hasn’t got rid of them. In using our own waste to feed the earth, we have moved at the right pace for the biochemical relationship between us and the soil to develop; we are giving the soil all the information and nutrients it needs, to give us exactly what we need in terms of medicine and nourishment.
“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” Hippocrates
We tried mulching with wood chips on several of the beds two years ago. They are good for weed suppression, but there’s no tree cutting company around here, so we had to go and get them from the wood yard. This was a lot of work and we ended up with lots of hard wood and it takes too long to break down. We will eventually use wood chips for the paths – after we’ve dug up all the brambles – but they didn’t really work on the beds.
Our main source of mulch is leaf mulch from the oak woods close by and grass cuttings in the spring and summer.
We started the garden in the winter of 2014, by clearing some straggly pines over about an acre, laying out beds and digging in ditches and swales and putting in a series of drainage pipes. This is after we cleared the trees and as we started laying out the beds with beams from the old house. We did a lot of digging.
I used to call the garden the ‘food forest’, rather optimistically. Four years later, it’s clear that what we are doing here is technically more organic polyculture than permaculture, but let’s not quibble over terms. Now, we just call it the garden – ‘la huerta’ as they say here. We haven’t been able to work on the garden as much as we would have liked, we also had a house to build and retreats to run and it was a big help to have some volunteers last summer, but we are making steady progress.
water management: Swales, ditches and drainage
The year we moved here, in 2013, was said to be the wettest in 70 years. It rained torrentially, more or less continuously, from January to May. The track to our house was an ‘over-the-top-of-your-wellies’ river and the mud was relentless. As the soil here is clay, we put in a lot of effort over the following year, digging ditches and swales and putting in drainage, to prevent water-logging. Then we had very little rain, with drought conditions in much of Galicia for the next three years.
Last year was very hard on the garden, with a highly unusual late frost at the end of April, that wiped out the grapes, all our fruit and potatoes, followed by more drought. We lost quite a few trees too. We put in extruding hose, which worked quite well, but will need to be supplemented with water storage tanks, as we can’t run the water for the garden and water in the house at the same time (we are now off-grid). We were almost to the point of filling in the swales, as they were just filling up with weeds, when this year the rain returned. Two weeks ago the reservoirs were all 90% full, and it’s still raining. We have more than enough rain to get us through the summer now, but we really need the rain to stop so we can get out and do some planting. This summer we will need to do some swale maintenance.
Still, what a joy it is to see our swales and drainage working properly. All that work finally paid off!
We put a drain across the track and this takes the run-off in a buried pipe 80M or so down to the pool. The rain from the green roof of the house joins this pipe and also goes to the pool, you can just see it to the left of the deck. The pool dried up completely last summer, although the summer before people were able to swim in it. If it dries up, that’s it, as we’re not going to pump water from the well into the pool.
The swales are filled from a ditch across the brow of the hill and they are linked by drainage pipes that also go down to the other end of the pool.
The overflow from the pool goes to the little creek at the bottom of our property. One day, we’d like to clear the creek, to help it flow better, it’s really overgrown at the moment.
This is an update on Dean’s success regarding the elimination of a persistent fungal sore, of the type that has been named basal cell carcinoma, as in skin cancer, by medical experts, but is really just a fungus.
Much disease is seeded in the mind of the ‘patient’ through the process of giving a name to a collection of symptoms. Through the act of recognition, the ‘patient’ maps the named condition (whatever it is, it could be cancer, arthritis, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, it doesn’t matter, the process is the same) to the description of the condition he/she already holds in his memory, along with the emotional weight he/she associates with it. Fear of death, pain, disfigurement and incapacitation is associated with disease and sickness, because of childhood experiences that have been covertly shaped by the architects behind the medical mafia. Every one of you has known a relative who has gone into hospital never to return and most of you were taken to the doctor at the first sign of sickness, or even worse without being sick at all, for so-called preventative medicine. No matter how stoic you might be, no matter how self-actualised, intelligent or even ‘spiritual’ you might consider yourself to be, if you get sick, you notice the symptoms and map them to the memories and programmes that were inserted into your mind before you had the necessary neurophysiology to exercise any discernment. The natural process of recognition was and still is, manipulated to work against you. However, the enemies of humanity lose their advantage once you recognize what YOU are doing.
When a doctor says: I have some bad news, you have cancer, it sounds like an incantation (ie enchantment) and feels like a curse. That’s because it is a curse. The fact that, for the most part, both doctor and patient are ignorant of the ‘cancer curse’ does not render it any less effective. The structure of the human brain allows for external programming and self-programming, so that the human animal can discover its incompleteness and begin the work of regeneration, completion and co-creation with the gods, within a Universe that is also rendered incomplete for that very purpose. Sophia’s plunge and the resulting spontaneous generation of the archons was an unforeseen anomaly that has led to the cascading exploitation of that design feature by the xenosh and their collaborators. Cancer is one sadistic story of exploitation, voodoo and a shapeshifting fungus.
The word ‘patient’ from Old French pacient and Latin patientem means: enduring without complaint and bearing, supporting, suffering, enduring, permitting.
Candida and the cancer lie
Candida is a polymorphic yeast-like fungus, said to be normally present in small concentrations within the microbial colonies of humans and other animals. There are several strains of candida, of which Candida Albicans is considered to be the most pathogenic, but the differences are mostly related to geographical location and inconsequential when considered in relation to disease. Polymorphic means that it is able to take more than one form: it can be a spore, a unicellular yeast, a linked chain of round and elongated cells called pseudo-hyphae and hyphae, which are the strands that clump together to form mycelium. It is asexual and reproduces through budding. In a healthy and balanced host it feeds mostly on sugars and its biological function is to decompose dead tissue. The shape of the fungus is imposed by the environment in which it develops.
When the gut flora colony becomes unbalanced, such as through poor diet, pharmaceuticals (especially antibiotics and oral contraceptives), environmental toxins, stress and impaired immune function, candida goes into overdrive and a chain of health problems follow. Many of the problems are caused by the 80-180 different toxins candida releases during its life cycle. As competition for food intensifies, candida spores travel around the body in search of suitable conditions for proliferation, where it attaches to the tissues of the host and the hyphae start to burrow in. In this stage, candida is often referred to as parasitic, as it feeds directly on the host, although a fungus is not a true parasite as it always make a contribution to the greater eco-system. A parasite only ever serves itself, while it develops tactics to make the host think it is useful – sound familiar?
The presence of candida in many conditions such as arthritis, autism, diabetes, heart disease, MS and cancer has been known for a long time, but it was generally considered to be an after-effect rather than a cause. It was Dr Simoncini, an Italian oncologist, who discovered that candida is actually the root cause of most, if not all, so-called cancer. He found candida in all the cancers he examined and came to the conclusion that the variations found in different types of cancer, e.g. lung cancer, or breast cancer or skin cancer, is not indicative of any morphology of healthy cells to cancer cells. Rather, it is the result of the combinations caused by candida being shaped by the organ or tissue within which it is located and that tissue’s specific response to the invasion. So, the liver responds differently to the pancreas, or the blood, or the skin. Furthermore, Dr Simoncini discovered that sodium bicarbonate kills the candida in most situations, leading to the disappearance of the ‘cancer’. Due to the unique properties of skin, candida takes a particular form that responds better to iodine than sodium bicarbonate.
Dr Simoncini took his findings to the Italian Medical Board, soliciting their involvement in further research. The Italian Medical Board responded by initiating proceedings to strike him off, resulting in years of court battles and demonization; the standard response of the medical mafia to anyone who challenges their monopoly. Details of Dr Simoncini’s research and protocols are in his book, Cancer is a Fungus and on his website.
The notion that the cells of your body turn mutant, that they spontaneously develop self-destructive genetic mutations, is the most cruelly deceitful lie ever to be perpetuated by the medical mafia. This insidious lie has been carefully installed, over many generations, into the fabric of the medical and scientific communities so that even true doctors and scientists (there are some) have been duped into looking for non-existent genetic problems. The list of pioneering doctors who have been persecuted, vilified or even murdered in order to keep the cures for cancer and other diseases they discovered suppressed is still growing. At the same time, information on natural therapies has been consistently been represented in an incomplete or misleading manner and anyone without a medical qualification is prohibited from publishing, and in many countries subject to prosecution, information that COULD BE FOUND to be offering advice on how to cure cancer or any other proscribed diseases – for your protection, of course. This has been well-covered elsewhere, so I won’t go into it here.
The critical question is: what do you do if you have a health problem? Every one of us has been programmed from childhood to seek help from the medical profession when sick or injured, but the terrible truth is that, no matter how genuine a conventional doctor or nurse might be, they have been entrained into a system that is purposefully structured to make you progressively weaker and sicker, rather than fit and healthy. Unless it’s a mechanical injury, like a broken bone, or something that needs stitching up, they simply CANNOT help you – all the hospitals and doctors offices, with their machines and fancy outfits, it’s all just make-pretend, to make you (and themselves) believe they are doing something useful. When you do get better, it is usually simply because that is what your body was designed to do and when you THINK you will get better, given time and no further harm, that is what happens. This is an individual front line for each of us, what works for one may, or may not work for another, as there are too many variables at play. However, there are two certainties you can count on:
the medical SYSTEM is not designed to help you;
the Anthropos was designed in the pleroma by our aeonic parents, Sophia and Telete, to be self-healing and as Superlearning proceeds many more of us will discover how to activate these faculties for ourselves.
I’m highlighting Dr Simoncini’s protocol for skin cancer, because his well-documented observations regarding the candida fungus ring true to me. More pertinently, he has proven the effectiveness of simple and cheap solutions, that do not require specialist equipment and that many people have used for themselves with good results. There might well be other options, but after having tried several other approaches, with varying success rates, Dean found Dr Simoncini’s iodine protocol to be the quickest and most effective in eliminating his fungal sore.
The Simoncini Iodine Protocol for Skin Cancer
“All skin cancers are always caused by the candida fungus which has adapted itself to metabolizing the most proteinaceous constituents of the epidermis and that can, therefore, only rarely be treated with sodium bicarbonate solutions.
The treatment to choose for epithileomas, basaliomas, and melanomas is iodine solution at seven percent, as it is capable of precipitating the proteins of the body of the fungus and destroying them completely in a short time.
If the lesions are fairly small, they must be painted with the solution 10-20-30 times, twice a day for five days and then once for another ten days so that they become very dark. When the eschar is formed and it is higher than the epidermic plane, it is necessary to continue to paint under and above it, even if at first this causes a sharp pain.
This very same operation must be repeated for the second eschar that is formed. At this point the lesion may be considered destroyed, because after the third cycle it is possible to reach the center of the neoplasia, where the colonies try to resist to the last.”
Dr T. Simoncini, Cancer is a Fungus
Dean used J.Crow’s 5% Lugol’s solution, as we couldn’t find 7%. This is a non-alcohol based tincture, which is not as painful on the sore as the alcohol based tinctures.
He applied it to the sore, around 21 ‘drops’ from the pipette, waiting for each one to dry before applying the next, twice a day for the first five days and then once a day thereafter for 17 days. The sore got huge, as you can see, and then it’s just a matter of ‘holding your nerve’ as you continue the process until after two-three weeks, it begins to improve. The whole process took about six weeks, but this is an individual thing. It might take longer or less time, if you use the protocol you have to observe the sore closely and make your own decision as to when to stop the treatment.
He takes 2 drops of the Lugol’s iodine in a glass of water every day, but he didn’t go on a candida elimination diet or do a candida cleanse. (We don’t eat processed food, sweets, sugary drinks, wheat or lots of starch – and we do drink good Spanish wine.) Other people I’ve talked with found that they had to take a slower approach, applying the iodine to the skin, or taking it every other day or 2-3 times a week. It’s potent stuff and healing is an individual process.
He also lives the Sophianic Narrative and ‘self-authorised’ following the procedure I describe in this talk: Spelling Out Disease
NB: the skin has continued to heal and I’ll post a final follow-up picture in due course.
Fungus: guides to extinction and/or enlightenment?
By conservative estimates, there are over 1.5 million different species of fungus, with only 75,000 identified so far. They can kill you or enlighten you, perhaps even both at the same time, and offer a full spectrum of benefits/hazards in between. Most mycologists focus on the species that colonize the external environment, fields and forests etc. and those that colonize the human body. This is not because there are significant differences in the biology of the fungi, but because medical sciences have a monopoly on human disease and pathogens. A medical doctor is considered more qualified to advise on a fungal infection than a mycologist, therefore fungal infections are persistent and ‘difficult to cure.’
Fungi specialize in breaking dead things down to their elemental components, to be re-used by the living. From Death Cap to psilocybe, they are all doing the same thing in different ways – enlightenment is just a fully-conscious form of break-down in which the physical body survives. Everything on this planet is recycled and fungi are ‘mama’s little helpers’ in that task. As the sixth extinction gathers pace, doesn’t it seem obvious that there will be more ‘fungus among us’ to break down all that dead meat walking around?
According to mycologist Paul Stamets, “All fungi have learning strategies to survive, mothering members through the mycelium matrix who’s interest is in the long-term survival of the eco-system.”
From the planetary perspective candida is not a problem; it is just a consequence for some members of the anthropine species, those who live in such a way as to disregard both themselves as individuals and the eco-system in which they are enmeshed, that is their mutually beneficial symbiotic role in the eco-system as a whole. To put it bluntly, you can’t love life without loving yourself and vice versa and without this self-love, expressed through how you live your life, you are inevitably fungus fodder.
I think this video illustrates the point. It shows the effectiveness of expressed intention, but watch what happens to the jar of rice that was ignored. Doesn’t that look like candida, or maybe even cancer to you?
We are not on municipal water here and we don’t have a septic tank. All our grey water goes into a reed bed, so we are careful to minimise our use of chemicals so that we don’t kill the reeds and create a stink! In most cases the natural option is cheaper, healthier and more effective – although you might have to experiment a bit to find out what suits you.
Shampoo is an issue if you’ve been used to the sleek, glossy, full-volume, untangled hype of the chemical stuff, especially if you have long hair. But it’s not worth dying for! Most commercial, non-organic shampoos contain SODIUM LAURYL SULFATE (SLS) & SODIUM LAURETH SULFATE (SLES) and they are probably the most dangerous of all personal care products. Just because there is no immediate noticeable effect doesn’t mean that it isn’t harmful in the long-term. Why take the risk? In animal tests ( and why have that on your conscience for a shampoo?) they have been found to cause eye damage, depression, breathing difficulties, diarrhoea, severe skin irritation, immune system damage, corrosion and death. According to the American College of Toxicology states both SLS and SLES can cause malformation in children’s eyes.
DEA (diethanolamine) MEA (momoethanolamine) TEA (triethanolamine) are also in most main brand shampoos, often appearing as Cocamide DEA or MEA, Lauramide DEA, etc. These are hormone disrupting chemicals and research has shown that they are implicated in the increase in liver and kidney cancers.
I want to make life easy for my immune system, not more challenging!
I’ve been mostly underwhelmed with the organic shampoo options. They are expensive, hard to find here and tend to leave my hair feeling life-less and just not that clean. I prefer my home-made option, which we also use as a body wash and hand wash.
I have long hair and I don’t take care of it – it gets sun-damage over the summer and windblown in the winter. I don’t condition or colour it and can barely be bothered to get it cut once a year. But it’s healthy and shiny and virtually without grey.
coconut milk shampoo recipe
Here’s the recipe:
one can of organic coconut milk (400ml)
400ml liquid castille soap
200ml vegetable glycerin
a few drops of essential oils of your choice ( I use rosemary mostly)
Mix the ingredients and pour into a used shampoo bottle. This makes quite a bit, so I put the rest in the freezer and defrost when I need a refill. You only need to use a small amount and don’t be put off by the fact that it’s quite runny. It lathers really well and smells gorgeous. Initially I used aloe vera to improve the texture of the shampoo and neutralise the pH, but the end result was still a bit ‘claggy’ which built up over a few weeks. The vegetable glycerin gives a squeaky clean feel and adds to the shine, with no build up. I wouldn’t go back to store bought stuff even if it was available and I had cash to throw at it.
Castille soap is made from olive oil and caustic soda. Dr Bronner’s is the most well-known brand, but there are others – I usually use the hemp and almond version. You can make your own, and I’ve tried this, but it makes it a lot more work and the result tends to be inconsistent as it’s temperature and humidity dependent – sometimes it’s too thick and other times too runny.
I’ve been prompted on “recognition” several times over the past few months; I had it on the back burner, as one of those things to look into when the time is right. Well, it’s that time right now. A sudden confluence of prompts, signals and synchronicities has led me to conclude that for the Rhomay to defeat the xenosh – you need to recognize recognition! The timing on this is critical, so I’m putting this out, knowing that I don’t have the full story yet. That will materialize, in due course, necessarily through your participation.
So, what is recognition and why is it so important?
This is my working definition: recognition is an aspect or infrasensory perception caused by the simultaneous occurrence of visual and magnetic stimuli that effects experience, gene expression and reality. It is also initiated via intention, as you can form the intention to ‘recognize’ some one or something.
These are the phases of recognition I’ve defined so far:
Electromagnetic pulse from the earth, simultaneously detected by the eyes and sphenoid bone (the sphenoid and connected ethmoid bones are the only bones in the human body to contain ferric iron or magnetite and the eyes and optic nerves rest on them);
Initiated recognition, where you set out to recognize some one or something, such as the intention to meet some one in a crowded bar;
John defines the pulse of recognition as a recoil into the brain, the occult function of vision;
The pulse/recoil is amplified by the sphenoid sinuses and picked up by the pituitary gland (they sit next to each other in a special cavity in the sphenoid bone called the sella turcica);
The pituitary gland responds to the recoil by instructing the other glands to release hormonal compounds specific to the pulse;
The hormones generate emotional and other responses that create different electrical charges in various parts of the body;
The electrical charges interact with histone and non-histone proteins, causing different genes to express;
The change in gene expression causes you to experience a difference in the world around you;
You recognize the change;
When you speak of what you recognize in that moment the sphenoid sinuses (anaerobic repiration in another aspect here) give a particular resonance to the voice, which has a special power when the electromagnetic pulse is expressed through song or words. (Additional info on this here: The Head Sinuses.)
The fractal antenna of your DNA broadcasts a new message to the fractal antennas of the DNA of every other living thing, and so reality changes, via photon release;
The photons inform the morphogenetic field, so that what is recognized is available to other members of the species;
With intentional application, this process informss the epigenesis of the Rhomay.
Other, deeper and even more significant aspects to consider involve how recognition and gene expression affect the Planetary Animal Mother as She clears Her mind at the end of Her Aeonic day and activates Her transpeciation protocols. Another is how existence, or reality for want of a better word, corresponds to the perceptive abilities of the Anthropos. Recognition is an active jolt out of the everyday trance, that shifts the gears on what you experience AND how life expresses itself.
mid-15c., “knowledge of an event or incident; understanding,” from Middle French recognition (15c.) and directly from Latin recognitionem (nominative recognitio) “a reviewing, investigation, examination,” noun of action from past participle stem of recognoscere “to acknowledge, know again; examine” (see recognize).
Sense of “formal avowal of knowledge and approval” is from 1590s; especially acknowledgement of the independence of a country by a state formerly exercising sovereignty (1824). Meaning “a knowing again” is from 1798.
early 15c., “resume possession of land,” back-formation from recognizance, or else from Old French reconoiss-, stem of reconoistre “to know again, identify, recognize,” from Latin recognoscere”acknowledge, recall to mind, know again; examine; certify,” from re- “again” (see re-) + cognoscere”to get to know, recognize” (see cognizance). Meaning “know again, recall or recover the knowledge of, perceive an identity with something formerly known or felt” first recorded 1530s. Related: Recognized; recognizing.”
When you consider the homonyms and phonemes in the words ‘recognition’ and ‘recognize’ your attention is drawn to the ‘cog’ as in ‘a cog in the wheel’, a small part or function in a larger organization. Then ‘gnition’ brings to mind ‘ignition’, as in firing up and ‘nize’, is in the eyes. In other words, the power of recognition is in igniting small changes in reality through the eyes – the spark of recognition.
Recognition occurs whether or not the object of recognition is true. The act of recognition makes a pre-existing story, memory or belief real. It may take some time to show up, some acts of recognition are more subtle than others, but it is a physical process that occurs as naturally as your heartbeat. It is also a fact that the enemies of life are aware of this and use it to their advantage, whereas the Rhomay, for the most part, does not.
What is infrasensory perception?
In The Gaia-Sapiens Exchange, John Lash defines infrasensory perception [ISP] as part of the 6th level of exchange, in which human perceptual experience (the physics of beauty) feeds into the rapture circuits of Gaia-Sophia.
“The 6th exchange involves a rapturous meltdown and conversion of normal perceptual modalities. Access to Gaia’s rapture-circuits occurs when the normal powers of perception mutate in an illuminated moment. This is infrasensory perception in the full range of psychedelic vision, represented in the Great Work by the cauda pavonis, the Peacock’s Tail. In infrasensory perception we see what happens within the senses, rather than passively receiving the impressions they mediate.
Here, as in the case of the reproductive-cognitive exchange, 5, the arrow flows from Sapiens to Gaia. Why? Because the recognition of her rapture-circuits depends on human interest and actually charges the Gaian circuits with new content. In indigenous traditions of native America, any practice that accomplishes this enrapturing of nature is called Beautyway. When these circuits are accessed for healing, the practice is called Blessingway. The most intimate act of knowing Gaia is to encode a set of designated genes in her rapture-circuits.”
The Gaia-Sapiens Exchange was written in 2000, well before the start of Correction and it is only as Correction proceeds that you can begin to see the shape of it. One thing that is becoming rapidly clear is that human senses are being sharpened and extended, so that what was only accessible pre-Correction in non-ordinary consciousness, through the proper use of psychoactive plants, can now be perceived in ordinary consciousness through intent and concentration. That includes insight into the working of the senses, as well as the content delivered by them.
The Sphenoid Bone
The sphenoid bone is an intricate, butterfly shaped arrangement of seven bones in the middle of your skull, towards the front. It is one of the bones supporting the eyeball and the optic nerve. It also houses the two sphenoid sinuses and the pituitary gland in a unique depression named the sella turcica, meaning ‘Turkish saddle’. The sphenoid bone connects to the ethmoid bone, which separates the nasal cavity from the brain and has the largest concentration of magnetite in the human body.
Medical science does not offer a great deal on why the sphenoid contains ferric iron, or why the ethmoid contains magnetite. There is some speculation that it might include orientation to the earth’s magnetic field lines for finding directions. That might be true to some extent, but as medical science does not for the most part recognize the electrical properties of the body, it’s always going to be lacking. Do you think the Aeonic Mother designed you this way by accident?
There are many references to the so-called mystical properties of the sphenoid and there might be some truth to be found there, but there is also a lot of deception and often repeated garbage. I haven’t got the time to wade through it, but there are three aspects that jump out at me:
1. There are many references to amrita, ambrosia, soma, the nectar of divine bliss and immortality, that originates from the sphenoid complex and drips into the mouth. There are conflicting stories on whether this elixir is sweet tasting or slightly salty, whether it comes from the pituitary gland or the sphenoid sinuses. (NB: the sphenoid sinuses are air bags, the seat of anaerobic respiration.)
Consider these illusory references in the light of more recent accounts:
“In close proximity, the Organic Light will taste you. Why? She wants to know if you are delicious enough to eat. When PAM licks you, you realize that are entering the luminosity you behold: you feel a slight pressure on your skin, the texture of something delicious. A most exquisite, delightful sensation, to say the least. Up close the Organic Light looks and feels like melon. This sensation is so magnificent that you tend to swoon into it and may lose awareness of exactly what is happening to you, as may occur at the height of sexual orgasm. Although you remain sober and alert, you overlook something that you are undergoing in the most intimate manner imaginable.
To switch metaphors, consider how you can get a razor cut without catching the precise moment it happens. Then, a second or two later, you see the result: the hairline slit and the exuding blood. Likewise, you get the lick from PAM at a moment when you cannot hold attention totally on the sensation, unless you are in advanced practice. You only know that Gaia has licked you and likes your taste by the sign she gives you: a single drop of perfectly clear mucus leaks from the left nostril. Just one drop, no more. Usually on the left, although it can also happen on the right. This drop of clear mucus is your body’s way of telling you that PAM likes the way you taste.
This nasal drop is a precious elixir prized above all mundane jewels by Gaian ecosorcerers. It is indeed the sign of attainment, of vocation, of selection, of election, of delectation, of sublime complicity. It is the assurance of freedom to depart from the limits of the human condition. One drop comes each time she tastes you and likes it. I have had this single nasal drop many times. In the Christmas session with Jonas on the Ridge, I saw him get the drop. Then he did something that any normal person might do: raised his hand automatically to brush it away. I jumped at him and told him to stop. Then I explained to him what it means to be a snot-nosed kid in the Sophianic Mysteries.
I impart this information, previously reserved for oral transmission among trusted friends in the sanctity of the Mystery cells, to honor the courage and intelligence of those who would now seek to know the Divine Feminine in telluric form, and to foster their sacred intention to engage the mystic-erotic splendor of the planetary body. The taste test is one of the sublime secrets known to those who have fallen into milk. I wish with all the infernal pride of my heart that you who read these words may come to this experience.
I can attest to the ‘left nostril elixir’ in non-ordinary consciousness and also a ‘right nostril elixir, which often appears in ordinary consciousness when I make a connection or discovery, such as with the serpentinite rocks that I mention below.
2. Compare the ancient image of the Caduceus to the image of the sphenoid bone above and the chakra system with the ida and pingala below. In these images I am equating the shushumna to the cavity between the surface of the earth and the upper atmosphere, within which we live (not a channel in the human body) and which comes into us in the electromagnetic pulses I’ve described as initiating recognition.
3. Now, consider this animation of the movement of the sphenoid bone. You can feel the points where the greater wings connect with the mastoid tendons on the side of your head, just in front and slightly above the slight indentation in front of your ears. If you hold your fingers there gently, you can feel a slight pulse – also you might often experience a tension, or slight inflammation there if something has caused the sphenoid to jam. gentle massage and alternate nostril breathing will alleviate this tension in most cases.
Real Life Recognition
Recognition is not an esoteric concept, you do it every day. One of the prompts for this post came from a friend who described a recognition experience to me. She and her husband had bought a derelict property with some land, on a love-at-first sight basis, but hadn’t found the motivation or energy to sell the house they were living in and move to the new property. There was always something in the way, things that needed to be done first and their appetites for the move were zapped.
One day, they were camping out at the property and laying in the garden, enjoying the sun and the birds singing, insects buzzing and something happened. They didn’t know what happened, but they both recognized it and she said to her husband; why don’t we just sell the house as it is and move here and start work on the house? And he agreed. What had previously seemed complicated and a long way off, was suddenly clear and simple. The earth, in a place that they loved, resonated with them and they picked up the signal, recognized it and she said the words that spoke of it and in doing so, co-created that reality.
Another interesting fact about the sphenoid bones and sinuses, is that they are as unique as our fingerprints. There is a unique place on the earth (may be even more than one) of special resonance to each one of us.
As I pondered the subject of recognition, I found myself looking at a pile of rocks that were left over from building our house. Some of them had unusual striations. Heed the obvious, is Tezca’s instruction and there’s not much more obvious than a big pile of rocks crying out for landscaping! I looked up magnetic rocks of Galicia and it turns out that some of the rocks in the pile are serpentinite rocks.
“Serpentinite is a rock composed of one or more serpentine groupminerals, the name originating from the similarity of the texture of the rock to that of the skin of a snake.” Wikipedia
They contain magnetite and are magnetic. I did a bit more research and apparently, I live on the Eastern Galicia Magnetic Anomaly! That is why these experiences are so intense here.
So, the ancients who called this place Ophiussa, the Land of Serpents and were themselves called the serpent or dragon people, recognized what that meant.
Recognition stages 5 & 6 that I describe above, need some evidential support. This is a complex subject, still under investigation, but here is an excerpt from a scientific journal that gets right to the point. In my view, most of the research of the last 20 years is corrupt. This is from a 1975 Scientific American article, entitled Chromosomal Proteins and Gene Regulation:
“We suggest that a specific nonhistone protein becomes phosphorylated, and because phosphate groups are negatively charged the nonhistone protein begins to repel the negatively charged DNA and also becomes strongly associated with the positively charged histones. The effect of these two processes is to cause the displacement of the histone-nonhistone protein complex from the DNA. The resulting naked area of DNA, now free of the inhibitory histone, can be transcribed into RNA.”
This excerpt is noteworthy because it describes gene expression in electromagnetic terms, as a response to the continuous effects of attraction and repelling. The biochemical interaction between hormones and gene expression has been well-studied, particularly in relation to thyroid hormones, and although the electrical aspect remains to be explored there is sufficient evidence already available to show that life functions electromagnetically, as well as biochemically. This makes for many interconnections and relationships that cannot be observed with the ordinary senses, but can be perceived from within the senses – ISP.
As more cosmic rays are now interacting with the earth’s atmosphere, due to the location of the earth within the galaxy, the electromagnetic potential between the upper atmosphere and the surface of the earth is also increasing – there are more electrical storms, flooding and extreme weather events. The conditions are very similar to those of 13th and 14th century Europe, when the Black Death also occurred. The events of those times have been well-documented in this report Black Death and Abrupt Earth Changes in the 14th Century.
I’ll be addressing the Black Death in more detail in the next post, the point I want to make here is that the Christian people of Europe (Christianity having been forced on them over many centuries) recognized the floods, plague and ‘death from the sky’ as evidence of Biblical prophecy and they (unwittingly) made it real. However, even during those times there were pockets and communities in every country across Europe who were not affected.
The xenosh and the Rhomay are in a war of recognition, to put it one way. I’ve mentioned before about how you recognize signs of healing, as opposed to symptoms of disease, in order to reboot your immune system. This is one way to ‘recognize recognition’ at the subjective and personal level, to test it and recognize the results. On a larger scale, the Rhomay win the war of recognition by first recognizing the Supernatural power of the Planetary Animal Mother and then recognizing Her responses to our focused intent. It is impossible for the xenosh to win this war, because the faculty of recognition is endowed in the Rhomay and the xenosh are using this faculty to turn themselves into something that is non-Rhomay. Accordingly, the more intensity they bring to their recognition of events supporting their master plan, the more dilute the effects of their actions. Conversely, the more intensity and focus you, Rhomay, bring to recognition the stronger you become.
The ancient Greeks called Galicia Ophiussa, Land of Serpents, because the people that lived there were said to worship serpents. There are serpent and spiral petroglyphs all over Galicia, dating from the bronze age that support this claim – as there are in many parts of the world.
The serpent, like the dragon, represents the telluric currents of the earth – the electro-magnetic energy lines that shape existence. It also represents the kundalini energy in the human, that grounds the earth energy and adds awareness to it – those who know how it works benefit from it as they aim it. The ancients knew something of this and their knowledge is now available to anyone who commands the power of the Planetary Animal Mother.
This is one aspect of the power of the Aeonic Mother, to be recognized by the Rhomay, that Spells out Christianity for Good.
